For
Professionals
Creating inclusive environments means taking the time to reflect, collaborate, and reimagine how systems can better support all kinds of minds. At Selcouth, professional development is grounded in over two decades of clinical experience across home, school, and community settings. This work is shaped by long-term observation of how societal norms and systems often marginalize disabled and neurodivergent individuals.
Selcouth's offerings are informed by both professional insight and the real-world experiences of those most impacted by exclusion. Neurodivergent collaborators bring essential depth and perspective, helping ensure that every training reflects the realities, strengths, and challenges of diverse ways of being. We also encourage participants to remain curious, reflective, and open to new perspectives. True change begins by questioning assumptions, rethinking systems, and embracing more expansive ways of understanding human experience.
Currently seeking neurodivergent collaborators!
Selcouth is committed to honouring neurodivergent perspectives through care, reciprocity, and respect. All collaborators are approached with transparency, consent, and compensated for their time and energy. We believe inclusion is not ethical unless it’s equitable.

Seeking Collaborators
If you’re neurodivergent and local to the Calgary area, we'd love to connect. Selcouth is committed to ensuring that neurodivergent voices help shape the work from the inside out.
Whether you're offering feedback, helping shape content, or contributing to professional development, your insight matters — and your time and energy will be meaningfully compensated.
To protect therapeutic boundaries and follow regulatory guidelines, individuals currently receiving or planning to receive therapy through Selcouth aren’t able to participate in this role - though your voice is still deeply valued and respected.
